It can be installed on the rolling line of continuous rolling mill, also can be installed on the crosscut unit, continuous galvanizing unit and so on continuous finishing unit. With the development of continuous rolling mill, fly shear machine has been more and more widely used.
Flying shear is characteristic of transverse shearing movement of the rolled piece, it has three basic requirements: (1) when the shear rolled piece of shear blade movement together with the movement of the rolled piece, which should be done at the same time of shear blade shear and move two movements, and the direction of motion in the rolled piece of shear blade should be with the workpiece speed in transient speed V VO equal or big 2 ~ 3 ﹪, when shear rolled piece, cutting edge in the movement direction of the rolled piece of instantaneous velocity V, if less than the rate of movement of the rolled piece where V0, the blade will hinder the movement of the rolled piece. It will make the rolled piece bend and even cause the wrapped knife accident. On the contrary, the instantaneous velocity V of the shear blade in the motion direction of the rolled piece is much larger than that of the rolled piece V0. This will produce great tensile stress in the rolled piece, which will affect the shear quality of the rolled piece and increase the impact load of the flying shear; (2) according to the different product specifications and the requirements of users, the flying shear machine should be able to shear the length of a variety of specifications and make the size tolerance of the length and the quality of the shear section comply with the relevant national regulations. (3) meet the productivity requirements of the mill or unit.
