When the strip head leaves the finishing mill, the coiler is ready to work. At this point, the upper tension roller pressure down, coiling roll holding coils. When the end of the coiler is about to leave the rolling mill, the coiler is in the roll state. The rolling mill and the coiler reduce speed at the same time.
