Scope of application ： all heat treatment parts of the company

Work before inspection:

1. Check whether heat treatment report, drawings and self-inspection records are complete

2. Check whether the parts have temperature, and if so, wait for the parts to cool down before checking

3. Check whether the order number and drawing number on the parts are consistent with the drawing

Inspection of parts appearance:

1. Check the parts for bumps and bumps. If the bumps are serious, the order should be issued

2. Check whether the parts have cracks

3. Check whether the shot peening is uniform on the surface of the part, and whether there is oxide skin on the tooth surface, tooth root and end surface of the shot peening part
